When the Photographer Gets in Front of the Camera

I don’t think I’m alone when I say I’m a photographer who doesn’t like being photographed. I’m more comfortable behind the scenes, especially when we’re talking about professional photos. l’ll take some selfies especially with the family to capture moments but I like to lay low.

However, it’s always cool when a photographer reaches out and ask for you to be apart of a project where they are highlighting women in the city doing work to make a better Louisville, to create social change and uplift folk. I was shocked to be considered and honored to stand amongst some of the young heavy hitters in my city. This was a cool time to be in front of the Paris Smith Photography’s camera.
